I understand, but I think this system is exposing players rather than complimenting them. Sometimes it might seem like ETH doesn't know how he wants to build his team or what he needs to build the team.

With how shockingly bad Casemiro has been, Collyer should’ve gotten some minutes in the last couple of games.

ETH is too loyal to poor performing players.
