I truly have no idea how Edo state election will turn out, but I hope the best candidate wins. But to address your comment @vowiski, it should interest you to know that the INEC REC in Edo state is Wike's Kinsman, and was put there by Yours Truly.

The INEC commissioner posted for this election is Wike's cousin. The police commissioner is also from Wike's community at Ikwere. This is one the reasons PDP refused to sign the Peace Accord Deal. Wike has interest in this election, he has a beef with Obaseki because he support Fubara.
This is election has been rigged in favour of APC and the police will see to it logical conclusion that it is carried out. A week to the election IG of police is seriously arresting PDP chieftains without charging them to court. INEC has refused to appoint another commissioner despite having many.

Yet Obaseki took Asue Ighodalo to him, Wike, to seek for support. There's no politician in the South south that has Wike influence. He's no a voter in Edo state but Dan Orbih and many others are loyal to him.
