Strictly one teaspoon of the pectin. As for the sugar and chia seeds, you can use however much or little your heart desires. Or use natural sugar substitute like monk fruit and stevia.

So dear, I made ewedu
Yummy yummy.
At first, I was so skeptical we will bin it. Everybody enjoyed it though I added a twist to it.
I washed and soaked dry fish. Blended it with crayfish to give me that soup taste. The only diff is that the jute leave I bought doesn't have that deep jute leave taste like the one in naija.
