Has EFCC not given order by the court to duck or keep in custody if it warrants for adequate investigation? If Fayose was not notified to appear at EFCC, would he have gone there for the purpose he went? So, because Fayose appeared himself means he shouldn't be duck or kept according to your kindergarten-intelligence, right? You even bolded it to color your ignorance.

What a shame! Weather someone appears by himself or forced to appear is never the reason for being kept in custody or not. Order to keep someone in custody is given and obtained from court by EFCC to carry out adequate investigation, if the time frame is not adequate, EFCC can seek for extension. Fayose appeared and got respect and accolade from people for being bold, no need of being rough handled unlike some politicians in the past. If you don't steal really, why won't you have confidence to prove yourself at EFCC?

Haven't we see politicians that were declared free from EFCC on allegations levied against them in the past? If Bello you are defending has not stolen common wealth of people, why is he hiding and running away from EFCC? EFCC was looking for him all these while but he ran away and hide somewhere only to come out with large entourage of current governor and his security at wrong time without prior notice to EFCC for media sake that he visited EFCC. Is that how things are done? Did EFCC not notify him too?

Ok, now what stops him from going the following day or given another time he will appear or disclose where he is hiding to EFCC to come? Why do you like defending corruption like this? Is N80billion allegation a small amount of money to you?
