Cuppa coffee, Homemade granola and chia seed pudding in oat milk for breakfast.

I mixed my granola so I can have the ratios that I prefer and control the sweetness level.

Ingredients coconut flakes, dried berries, oats, pumpkin seed mix, cashew nuts and maple syrup for my sweetener. You can mix in however ratio you prefer.

Add the syrup and pop in the oven for about 30 minutes on 350 degrees Fahrenheit. I made a full tray, so 30 mins was enough time. But check yours frequently if you’re making more or less. Remove when it’s not sticky anymore. When it’s completely dry some of the red berries will darken. That’s alright. But if you want the bright pop of red colored berries to remain, use freeze dried berries and add them at the end when the out of the oven. Enjoy

Store in a tight container to avoid staleness. It’ll be shelf stable for weeks.

And use good grade maple syrup and you’ll get deep rich flavor that’s just not plain sweetness

I can’t think of anything. If I try something and don’t like it, I won’t eat it again. cheesy

Maybe I should force myself next time but there is not much I don’t like. I hate Brussel sprouts and artichokes though. Don’t know if I can force myself here. grin

Dinner

Spaghetti, meatballs, toasted garlic bread to sop up the extra marinara.
The spaghetti are appealing. How was it prepared? How long did it stay in hot water? Parboiled ?

I usually boil in salt water for about 10 mins. When it’s soft but not all the way done, I strain it, add olive oil (so the strands don’t stick to each other) then cover and let the remaining steam finish the job.

I’d most definitely add some minced or powdered garlic, black pepper and a pinch of salt.

I actually like both but I understand those who don’t like Brussel sprouts. I find it very delicious with bacon crumbs

Imagine that level of low life ism?

The funny thing is that I’m not even light skin. If he sees light skin people what will he say?

I’ve always been brown with a tendency to appear lighter in pictures depending on lighting but I’ve never been a typical light skin.

I’ve been this same color all my adult life. Pic below was taken almost 11 years ago when I got married. If I’ve been bleaching for 11 years will I not be in kidney failure by now?

This miserable low life just keeps showing his pathetic stalking behind every day and he thinks he’s funny. I even found him on Snapchat using his phone number that he once forgot on his profile and he’s as low life as they come hence I’ve been ignoring him. Not worth the effort .
your pictures are always filtered and heavily edited before putting them up on social media.
So can I see a morning selfie with no filters or make up?
Let's rate your beauty together.
And please don't hesitate to post that clown's Snapchat profile, pictures and phone number let's drag him out

But that aside, the "Food" section is one of the few sane sections of NL. No bickering. No ad hominem attacks on people. Just people pictures of food and others appreciating them. I'm not an active participant here but I enjoy the maturity and peaceful coexistence of the forum members here. I can't believe a member of Village People Association wants to ruin this beautiful thread.

About your last statement, let me finish practising my kung-fu kicks and punches. I'll be back. angry
you an Gloriousgbola should get a room and discuss this privately.
You're derailing and trolling this thread.
