Leaves him exposed in wide channels defending large spaces left by Dalot on transition.

2. Rashford

No overlapping/supporting fullback & has to hug touchline to provide width where he’s less dangerous & has further distance to travel.

Once they drag Martinez wide..
U can't expect delight to be able to handle the whole backline on his own..

Martinez is slow and small sized. He makes up for it with aggression, however his lack of speed makes him a liability in wide areas as he often quickly pushes the panic button.

Bruno only plays for himself now. He’s hustling for G/A desperately and that’s the reason for those unnecessary challenges and cards. Part of what he does is to isolate the central midfield, not get involved in the build up play while leaving it for the CB and other CMs. He hugs the final 3rd and hopes to received the ball and get involved there (To shoot, try to assist or pass it asap) If par-adventure we lose possession, he’d run back and try to win back possession out of frustration and probably give a harsh tackle
