shiitake and wood ear (black fungus) yum
Mushrooms are great - I just boil mine, add salt and habanero. Very tasty and spicy!

Portobello mushrooms and its siblings are pricy bunch of edibles.

Ingredients:
Celery, Carrot, Onion, Spices (Smoked Paprika, Black Pepper, Salt, Bullion, Garlic Seasoning), Corn Starch, Heavy Cream, Butter, Chicken, noodles of choice, Oil (any of your choice).

Dice Celery, Carrots, and Onions. Put your pot on a medium heat burner. Pour your oil and put your butter (this helps prevent your butter from burning). Once the butter is melted, add those diced items and allow them to fry for reasonable minutes.

Wash your diced chicken, season with salt and black pepper, then add it to the frying vegetables. Allow the chicken to cook then add your spices, water, and noodles. Once the noodles is al dente (7 minutes), make a slurry from the corn starch add it to the soup alongside your heavy cream. Once they come to a boil, the soup is cooked.

Steak, veggies and roasted potatoes. I drizzled with my version of A1 sauce because I don’t like the authentic one with its tanginess 😏

go for it! Easier if you have an air fryer. Couldn't take it today and bought a griddle so I could make breakfast pending my house repair finishing.

It's the Shaq burger and thicker than the average burger, or at least burgers I've eaten at burger joints. It takes forever to defrost due to the thickness. I've made two already and had to thaw them for a few hours after taking them out of the freezer, before air frying them. They can be air fried, pan fried, grilled, and baked in the oven. They're raw burgers, too, and require cooking for 22 to 25-minutes and flipping every 3-5 minutes, according to the instructions. It was actually some Salmon burgers I wanted to buy from another store before I came across these. I didn't realize cooking your own burgers at home was this much fun but it really is.
You know your onion wella. I saw his eatery and hope to try his chicken sandwich soon.

The burger is too heavy for me. My favorite is their tenders.

I don't joke with the tenders and sweet n sour sauce.

I can't remember seeing tenders at McDonald's or are you referring to chicken nuggets.
