You camera needs a change, I think it's degraded due to heat, so the picture quality is reduced

See how much power you retain when you ignore trolls? Their psychopathy renders them unable to accept you being dismissive of them. So they will try every means (including exhausting their long list of multiple monikers) in order to get you to respond to them.

Trolls suffer from self-alienation, deal with them intelligently by ignoring or reporting their posts.

Every time I come in here, for some reason, I look forward more to the foods that look 'Home' made.

By home made, I mean Nigerian foods. Especially those that look cooked-In-Nigeria.

Or maybe I'm the only one.

I think I get what you mean, and yeah, it's awesome.

I think some of it is when you can look at something and feel like you know it tastes a certain way. People can definitely make good stuff abroad, but of course, it won't really taste like stuff back home. It's a legit thing because you're talking about very different ingredients, and even preparation methods.

When I look at food blogs, I'm looking for stuff I don't see everyday to expand my horizons. The same thing I eat everyday over and over again defeats the purpose to me. It's the reason we don't serve Nigerian food at my restaurant except once in a blue moon. There are a million and one places (literally) that sell Nigerian food in Nigeria. I want my customers to taste something they would find hard to get anywhere else. A different palate. In the US, if I had a restaurant, it would be Nigerian because that's rarer.

I love Gboyega's posts because he tends to have creative twists, and I love Coco's because of the farm to table and presentation. Home made jam? GTFO!!

And for some of us, we make the same things whether in Nigeria or out. So does geography, ingredients, or country of origin dictate,? As far as Nigerian food, we get the exact same ingredients overseas as in Nigeria. This is 2024. Next time I'm in the Nigerian grocery store I'll take pictures.

I dreamt of Nigerian food last night. Like correct authentic grandma style naija food. I woke up disappointed it was just a dream. If I weren’t grown up, I might have cried.

I tried your recommendation. 9/10.

The sweet and savory combo hits. 1 point deducted for the difference it made in texture. But I never knew you could combine them and it was yummy. So thanks for sharing

Chai!

So people are not cooking 'presentable' foods in Nigeria anymore? This page has been taken over by diaspora people showing off their food but the real MVPs are Mia!

Nigeria I pray for you, it will be well with you someday. You shall not end like this, God will pardon your many ills and lift His hand of judgement off you and restore the years these cankerworms called government officials are stealing from you, amen.

Wow! I don't like the nuggets. They taste stale too me.
Before COVID-19, I used to like the Angus but since they really to trimmed down, I now do the bacon double quarter pounder and I'm now so tired of it that I don't want to eat it anymore.

The salad looks very simple. I should give it a try because I'm sure it is very nice.
