school is truly a scam, when i was 21years of age instead for me to go learn a skill i was deceived into writting jamb, now here i am at 30years of age with nothing to show.
if i did not wasted my time into that stupid university my life wouldnt be like this wretched full of poverty and regrets, it will never be well with that stupid friend of mine that adviced me to write jamb, that motherfcker didnt score the cut off mark that time and he didnt try again, instead he learned tailoring, now he is doing partially well, while my life is wretched and full of poverty. imagine if i didnt went to that stupid school but used the years in learning a skill, by now i would have been living a near-normal life.
my friends that didnt went to school are married and doing well while to eat is a war for me.
here i am working for someone, toiling under the sun and rain and that man didnt take me as a full human being but rather a slave, he didnt respect me a bit, he ordered me around and sometimes refuse to pay me some of my money. when its raining he will be sitting comfortably in his car while i work and the rain fall on me, when its sunny day he will carry an umbrella while i work and sun burn me. honestly i am tired, sometime i think i am under a spell or i unknowingly wronged God and he is punishing me.
today i decided even if hunger and poverty will kill me i will never work for that man again i am tired.

School is a place u learn to read and write and wake ur instincts. So u can knw and learn aw to choose a career path if presented with so many opportunities NOT A PLACE U COME OUT WITH A CERTIFICATE AND PRESENT TO GOVERNMENT TO GIVE U JOB FOR ATTENDING A SCHOOL. Even in the West, we see their own graduates (for those who have the opportunity to travel out to correct me if I'm wrong) after years of not getting a white collar resorts to other colour of collar jobs.

Here, we dey see as must to work for NNPC and Financial Institutions and Firms. And that can actually waste someones time.

Ur friend that advised u tried and didnt try again, learned tailoring and doing partially ok like u said.

We see skills learning as only option after failing to secure thay dream job and dats a flawed reasoning

I knw a babe who after so called law sch failed to land cases in 1 year let alone win or lose. She learned tailoring at a local tailor house dropping shame n pride. She already had prior experience though but not enuff b4 joining d local shop, she used to learn it even as a law student but lost focus on it at some point

She used her education to Behind her own place., her staffs uses apron n uniform n gloves - Education isnt a scam.

Are you certain you graduated?? your use of English is appalling abeg which institution did you attend and also what course? lets see if we can get someone willing to overlook your use of English and help you.

Nothing wrong with you bro, the day you start appreciating God you will keep moving forward, stop comparing yourself with olders we are on different lanes. What can you say about your colleague that are in world beyond, prison, hospitalize. But here today you are a graduate, I think that one is good enough, some people are desiring to be literate but they are not privilege

In 1985 when i graduated i took a teaching job, i didnt even recieve a months salary before i got a job. start from somewhere. Dont be lazy or look down on jobs.
