Langos. Ate it in Hungary some years ago and decided to try it myself. It was very satisfying. I didn’t make the traditional topping because I prefer it like this.

no problem. They come quite large too with French doors. This is the one I have in Naija. I don't know if it has a UK variant. It might also be called a toaster oven even though they are really two different things. Look for "air oven French doors"

Just cut into small cubes to make it easy.

When the food processor failed and the yam was already boiled, I had no other option. I will try to see if I can buy a new food processor cup this week.

Thanks for the compliment. I learned most of them from YouTube channels. I also watch food show network to understand food to a large extent.
