no problem. They come quite large too with French doors. This is the one I have in Naija. I don't know if it has a UK variant. It might also be called a toaster oven even though they are really two different things. Look for "air oven French doors"

A better search is probably Air fryer oven.
I swear by Air Fryers esp when I want to make some quick fried chicken wings.

Would normally do a brine overnight for the ribs, tried a dry rub overnight instead.
Came out very well. Going to do this going forward.

Nice. Nothing better than that Thanksgiving Turkey. Turkey and stuffing, Turkey with cranberry sauce and sandwiches from the leftovers. 🤤

When I want to get that golden Turkey crust, I cover it with aluminum foil until the last 30 minutes. Then I uncover it, baste it some more and let it brown and crisp the skin.
