Hello all, I’m in desperate need for advice. Kindly don’t ignore me if you have the proper information
Please I and my wife with two kids live here in Uk we move here last year on my wife student visa . 4 weeks ago I apply for my mom to come for a visit lucky the visa came out today . she was sponsoring her self because she have enough money in her account over 7Millionaire , but my problem is I want her to come with my sister daughter who is just 16 years old , because she will have no one to leave her with when visiting here , I seriously dont know how to go about this application please anyone can help us , my wife graduation is 10th of December

please someone should please help, they will be visiting for just three weeks
The questions UKVI will be asking you
1. Where are the parents of the 16 year old?
2. Why does the 16 year old need to travel without her parents?
3. During the time of the 16 year old’s proposed visit- what would happen to her schooling? Is a graduation enough reason for a minor to miss school for 3 weeks?

Ashirioluwa:
You can be the sole sponsor of your wife's trip. I am not saying you can't do that, but it will be to her advantage if she can prove that she has a job and if she can show her bank statements too.

Also, I want you to know that bank statement or money is not the only determining factor for a successful visa application. There are other important things to address too.

Anyway, since you claimed you have enough resources, why don't you guys apply as a family?
@ Ashirioluwa, thanks for ur adequate response

As for me, I am too busy at work, she applied alone in her previous denied application, because to make a family application that is the reason I want her to apply with her two children in the next application? One is 2yrd old, second is less than a Year old

U have not answered my question, which I said how long we should wait before she can reapply?

I said you should let her wait until she feels she can resolve the issues that led to the denial of her initial visa application.

Anyway, you sounded as if you’re already in the UK, but looking for ways to get visas for your family so they can join you over there.

I’m planning to relocate to the UK for work and would appreciate any guidance on the criteria I need to meet. Could you also provide insight into the typical expenses and funds needed for a smooth transition?

To support this move, I’m considering selling my car, valued at around 6-7 million, as well as land worth 2 million. In your opinion, would this be sufficient to achieve my relocation goals?

Thank you for your assistance, and I look forward to any advice you can offer.

She might be asked for her return ticket and how long she intends to stay.

She should know what her son does for a living and his address. She might be asked how she will get to his house.

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by davodyguy:
Appears there almost zero % chance of seeing free appointment date on TLS Ikeja.

You'll have to part with something and the cheapest is ₦32,000

Select assisted service on the page where dates and time slots are shown.

Pick any time of your choice apart from the prime time, and it will prompt you if you want to upgrade to premium, click No.

This will then show ₦32,000 at the check out point.

Select checkout, pay the ₦32,000 and move on

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by naivasha: 11:11pm On Oct 26, 2024
Appointment-assisted service sounds a bit vague. What exactly does the N32,000 provide please?

I don't work with/for TLS Contact.

They would be in a position to answer, as this doesn't even qualify applicants to get help in uploading documents, as you'll still upload yourself, all it does is probably assisting you to book appointment for biometrics

I already answered this and it's yes.

There's a separate link to upload before appointment.

Then on the appointment page, follow the advice I gave above
