While I really feel very sorry for the op, I feel the same for you as well because I was once a victim though not so addicted but I know destructive these acts can be.

Best advice I'll give you is to start a regular bible study with Jehovahs Witnesses.

Just start, and make it regular and consistent. It will give you some you need now: grounding and hope.
