Breakfast:

Meatpie. Made 3 batches (8, 8, and 6). Will bake the others as needed on the day we will eat them.

Dinner:

Had to pivot from the usual pounded yam as I have not replaced the food processor and it was stressful using the blender the last time.

Fried rice, grilled chicken, and some vegetables (grape tomatoes, pickled beets, carrots, and cucumbers).

Yummy and healthy. Crocodile and alligator meat is high in protein and low in saturated fat. Healthier than chicken.

We didn’t have pounded yam anymore so my husband made a mixture of mashed potatoes powder and thickened it with some starch. It was similar to pounded yam but even softer.
