Ten Hag was supposed to be sacked at the end of last season. The moment Nisterooy joined it was clear that he'll be the one to take over either long or short term.

There are so many "below manutd standard" players in the squad.

I hope the new manager will do the needful and avoid the sack too

Xavi has not be contacted yet nor Amorin. My own is; don't rush! The season is gone already. Take your time to get right man. Any manager talking about rebuilding, constructing shouldn't be considered.

We'll see if the offensive plays will change now that he is gone. And I dont know why people are saying the season is gone. We're still top 5 in chances and big chances created in the league. All those ídiots have to do is to start putting the ball inside net. 5th or 6th is still possible.
