I knew he would not get to December. He is actually the worst trainer we have had since Fergie. His complete inability in 3 preseasons to implement whatever he was teaching them in training is staggering.

I just hope the recurring issues with the club get fixed so we don't find ourselves back here in 2 years time. Mainly, recruitment, sales, mentality and medical staffs.

Ten Hag has his own faults but I believe if we'd brought in any other manager 2 years ago he'd have failed also. That says a lot.

So I don't really care about who the next manager is. As long as Ashworth, Berrada and co perform at their jobs effectively.

We can't continue seeing a massive holes in the team and then go for different targets. How can you say we don't score enough goals and then go for a player like Zirkzee. We don't control games enough but your main target was Ugarte. And these are club signings.

So many things need to be fixed.

Next manager also needs to give Rashford, Shaw and Dalot the same treatment Maresca gave Sterling. They are part of the rot and act like they are untouchable. They need to get rid of that mentality in the dressing room and show these players anyone can be booted

You're definitely right but you cannot deny a better manager will also do better than ETH with he resources ETH has been given. We lamented and blamed the Glazers for decades deservedly but ETH was one of their many missteps too. There were too many baffling decisions with signings which he was directly responsible for, tactics and mentality.

There’s no guarantee the next manager will do better but we hope so. Erik Ten Hag would be amongst the top options for the job now if he wasn’t the last Manchester United manager.

Hopefully INEOS gets the right man and the right players, with the right mentality, etc.

Which better manager? You think the same won't apply to whichever manager finds himself here.

Flick looked like an absolute fraud managing Germany. Throw him into the same situation he'd probably end up worse cuz with him it's either a success or total disaster. No in-betweens.

As for recruitment of players. Tuchel don't want any of that. So many of these top managers these days just want to coach and manage the players provided to them. Ten Hag made a big mistake with that one. But guess what? It's because of the recruitment history of the team he decided to he wanted to be in charge.

I watch Dejong and I totally understand. He's really one of a kind. And didn't they have like a private verbal agreement? That's the reason he thought he'd be able to make the signing.

Like I said before, he had zero experience in transfers. So he probably handled it in such a way an Ashworth wouldn't. The club is just a massive mess.
