Okay they say this keeper is a penalty specialist
Lol 😂
Ona don start, with the few penalties have seen her save sef, you will know that she’s below average, not a SuperFalcon material…. 4th choice at U20 who didn’t make the cut to the last World Cup.

If she toon down a bit, she can become Lindsey Horan..

One positive from this game is that our corner kicks are truly threatening!

Nice to see Justin Magudu making changes. grin

Dem swear for Bankole Olowookere make him no make changes huh cry. Him own changes no dey pass forced substitutions, or only 1 or 2 after 80 minutes. Nothing concern am say FIFA raise substitution from 3 to 5 players.

Christopher Danjuma too dey the same camp.

Na the same kunu dey give Finidi drink wey make am fail.

Still far better player than MacLean
Deltamani:
Monday Gift😂😂😂😂

This player hasn’t shown any improvement in my eyes at all, what is going on? I hope Nigeria don’t put their hope on her as the future.

She seems different from other strikers, this one is a poacher

Is she new to you?

If you no know Ijamilusi I go vex, She has played U17 & U20 for us na… Under Thomas Dennerby she was a regular home based player as well and also played against Algeria the last time we played them when TD was Coach..

Injury hindered her progress, she’s getting back.

Quality wise and If you’re truthful to yourself, Monday Gift won’t even make SuperFalcons top5 forwards on a norms...

She keep getting the opportunity but hasn’t shown why she’s getting those call ups, No wonder Randy hardly give her good minutes.

1• Asisat Oshoala
2• Rasheedat Ajibade
3• Uchenna Kanu
4• Esther Okoronkwo
5• Rinsola Babajide

Started watching from 75 minutes.

Not so impressed by the few minutes I watched.

We couldn't hold possession for long and we turned the ball over too often with Esther Oyenezide being the main culprit.

Also, our defenders were caught napping twice and Algeria would have scored if their #9 was more clinical.

Good save by our short chubby substitute keeper at the last minute

The gap in quality between the foreign-based and the home-based is 7-up.

The Potentials have always been there, Was our best U20 Defender till date even though she didn’t do well at the U20 World Cup, let me just say Danjuma effect..!

Even Chioma Olise was cool calm and Collected, but at the U20 World Cup she was different..

You didn't put MacLean, you said she's top 3 grin suddenly she's not making your top6

MacLeans is a better top9 than her all round, just that Monday can play every position upfront.
Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by isan(m): 4:32pm On Oct 29, 2024
Monday is clearly the better player as top9 or overall play .... MacLean barely played any minutes at 2022 wafcon and she was awful

Omor is only Rash that I can point fingers at right now, PSG poor show in the Champions League won’t help Onyi Echegini either…

We need a new star to be born into the team like real quick.. ZEE is on her way out, she has done enough for herself and Africa as a whole..
Right now, only a move to a top 10 women's football club will help Rash. She'll be a monster in any of eich clubs and gain even louder recognition. We need moves for her and Chiamaka. Else...

Lack of ambition or what??

We have really missed the glorious days of perpetual nwokocha who was constantly banging hattricks those days. Please when was the last time a player scored a hattrick or more in a match for us. God bless aunty mercy akide, those people gave us true joy. No African team was up to us.
