I believe the people of Rivers states are fully aware that Wike singlehandedly singled them out of benefits from Federal Government. Just because Wike wanted power, he decided to punish the entire Rivers State people by seizing their allocations. He forgets his loyalists who are civil servants, contractors, market men and women, artisans, commercial drivers etc, will suffer this. He forgets that Rivers state will suffer infrastructural developments. I urge the people of Rivers to quickly notice Wike who wanted power by all means but couldn't get it now and decided to punish the entire state.

The way you people lie ignorantly and carelessly. Fubara is in a tight corner today because he started implementing the resolutions of that peace deal. He took the first step and withdrew the court case. Even when he applied to the court to withdraw the case, the judge asked him if he was sure of what he is doing and if he really wanted to do that which his lawyers answered in affirmitive.
Wike on the other hand never implemented any part of the deal. He never withdrew his own court case, Fubara even shouted out that Wike is not implementing his own part of the deal.

If Fubara did not withdraw that court case, he wont be in this tight corner.
Indeed he was ambushed by that peace deal.

Fubara should stop acting like a saint because he’s not one. One of the major point of the agreement was that the 2024 budget should be represented to the full Rivers State House of Assembly. The governor defiantly refused to do this and he’s now saying he was ambushed.

He wanted to ambush the other side by tricking them into withdrawing all their court cases and then refusing to implement the other parts of the agreement but they outwit him. He should go back and do the right thing before it is too late.
