Maeve7 thanks for this lovely pumpkin soup recipe . Had it with some whole grain grilled cheese.

I skipped potatoes because I didn’t want it to be too thick. So yummy. Garnished with a few drops of coconut cream so it’ll look like those ones I get at the restaurant. grin

Made fiofio, yam, ripe plantain and ice fish.
They originally make this with mashed yam but I just dey add anything wey dey around me.

If you don't have pressure cooker, pls don't bother. There is a reason it's not a popular dish.
Either you like it or dislike the taste.
