They originally make this with mashed yam but I just dey add anything wey dey around me.

If you don't have pressure cooker, pls don't bother. There is a reason it's not a popular dish.
Either you like it or dislike the taste.

There was a Chinese friend of mine on campus. She'd wake up, put pot of water on the stove and bring to boil, then she'd crack egg into the boiling water, add bok choy that was all. Next moment, you would see her with Chinese cracker and a plateful of what she just made.
Their soup is simple.

I have red kidney beans,black beans, pinto beans and other two I bought 3 yrs ago. Fear no even gree me make them. Tried black beans then m( taste was horrible to me)

It’s not sweet. To me it tastes just like beans. I always make them with something else to enhance the flavors.

The black beans you have to drain the water and rinse it if you bought canned ones. Or soak overnight if you’re using raw beans.

I love all kinds of beans. And love love lentils 😀

Cabbage rolls and a side of salad.

Tried making cabbage rolls for the first time. The filling was very tasty however, I need help in making the cabbage as tasty as the feelings. The steamed one seems more tasty than the baked one.
