It is not just about creating chances. What about composed pattern of play and fluidity. What about composed individual touch, ball control, passing and decision making. A striker won't change those things significantly.

Finishing was one of our main issue last season as well. Our defense improved this season but our attackers are still robbish

Garnacho missed like 5 opportunities to score or create

Rasmus wasted up to 7 opportunities to improve our counter attack but missed the final pass.

When it came to things that require individual IQ like choice of who to pass to and when to pass, or individual skill like passing technique/accuracy or shooting ability, they struggled.

Some of these players are just not good enough. I hope INEOS gets its act together and gets the coach some quality additions.

Meanwhile Maresca's Chelsea were equally poor today. Could as well pass as a poorly coached team. We were arguably better.

We bought these players recently. It may be better to see what he can do before going on a spending spree. I guess we can assert that ETH wasted over 500m on bums. But I think the players he bought will come good in a better system bar 2-3 of them.

He’ll win the two games left for him to manage.

I really pity Amorin. Nobody in his right sense would want to collect this job, especially mid season. After 2+ years with ETH, we are starting all over again. No positives from him time

Sadly he is our main attacking threat, he still keep opposition defenders on their toes. Wish Trashford doesn't half the run Garnacho does and play like his life depends on it. Amad football style hardly threaten defenders imo...

Yes of course he will have to assess them first. Not like we can buy players now sef.

ETH wasted lots of money, but he wasn't alone. Mumunatus that should have taken wiser decisions failed at their duty. INEOS should have sent him away around the time Murtough and the rest left.

Garnacho starting for man utd is a major reason why we're not yet ready to compete. Check the starting wingers of all the teams in top 10, most if not all are better than him. How he manages to start and play all games is baffling.
