Hello, greetings, I have 2 years UK multiple entry visa, I heard that They will cancel all UK sticker visa dec 31 2024, so what will happens to all the sticker visas, is this news true , please who can explain further , thanks
Not true.
The visa deadline of December 31st 2024 is for residents’ with BRPs.. they are cancelling the physical BRPs after Dec 31st 2024 and switching residents to electronic visas. Usually people with residency rights in the UK carry a physical card to prove their valid leave.
Has nothing to do with you as a visitor or one with a standard visit visa. This is why home office has not provided any guidance to you because the change to e-visas does not apply to you.

He has had 6 months and 2 years visas, they wouldn’t scrutinize the application like a fresh one. I’m not saying he didn’t have to prove relationship and stuff o, but the stuff is kinda automated. So na to just review the last phase and approve.
davodyguy:
Congratulations.

Your uncle, is he first cousin to one of your parent or a distant one?

And did you have to prove serious relationship between you?

Cos, I know how it's not easy convincing ECO.

Please share that part

Your personal account showing you’re paying yourself salary, you can add your business account too but must be ready to explain your business transactions backed with documents and receipts. You’ll also need your business CAC Certificate (must be active), your tax clearance and other docs relating to your business.

Buy the ticket now. The earlier the better.
Affordable is based on your pocket and based on the level of discomfort you can endure as longer duration flights are cheaper than direct flights.
You can check wakanow to have an idea.

You can either take a train from London (Avanti West Coast) or take a domestic flight (BA - which flies from Heathrow). If the London route is your preferred choice, bear in mind that you will have to transport yourself into the city to take the train from King's Cross or Euston OR plan to arrive at Heathrow to take the BA flight to Manchester.

My advice: if you can afford it, I suggest you book Ethiopian Airlines as they have a flight from Addis Ababa to Manchester. You can can take off from Lagos/Abuja and arrive Addis Ababa then get your connecting flight to Manchester. Similarly, you can take Royal Air Maroc from Nigeria to Casablanca and then take your connecting flight to Manchester. If budget is very tight, Royal Air Maroc is a good alternative, but do not expect quality or standard services as you won't even get in-flight entertainment, and I've heard of people that encountered unpleasant experiences on that route. Ultimately, you will get to your destination. Also, another option is, if Emirates still flies from Nigeria (I have no idea of their current standing because they tend to go back and forth with the Nigerian government), I suggest you fly from Nigeria on Emirates and connect to Manchester via Dubai. Those are a few options for you to consider. Check your pocket/purse to determine what you can afford and also factor in the stress and time involved in all of the options.

Please I have a landed document, survey and proposed building sketched. But they seem to be in a larger paper.
Will I carry all these documents to the TLs center?
I also have travel history from my expired passport? Should I scan the images and attach it as well?

The instruction says Docs to be uploaded must be in A4 size, so I’ll advise you go resize the docs before going to TLS.
Sure! And the expired passport datapage as well.

Please has anyone experienced this?; A week ago i did paid call to UKVI, I was told a decision has been made on my application and that i will receive a letter from them shortly. Today I called again when i did not receive any letter and the TLS tracker failed to move, they said the decison has been withdrawn and my application has gone back to 'awaiting approval'. Please house any ideas why this is so?

Hello everyone. Please who have an idea of how much priority visa is now?

Good evening, please does every applicant upload their documents themselves first before going to TLS to capture with some documents?
Or you either choose to upload it yourself from your house or chose the TLS center?

which ever one suit you.
If its self service you opted for, upload all your documents yourself. Go through all the documents as many times as possible because once submitted, no changes can be made.

if you want them to upload it for you at tls, you going to pay.(not sure, never used this option.)
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by djbaju(m): 8:51am On Nov 08, 2024
He is a distant Uncle; we have different surnames. I didn't prove or submit any proof because when I applied for my first UK visa (6 months) in June 2021, it wasn't as tough as this when they hammered on providing a connection. Maybe it was, but from my observation on the forum then, I didn't see any of such. Getting a visa then, with his sponsorship, had created proof for this present application.

Yes, but I had a driving offence I declared. I believe that, out of negligence, I forgot to indicate that even when I have paid the penalty, it might cost me the application. So in case we have any issue, we should always not forget to declare or overlook it as a minor case.

davodyguy:
