Let's say as guy you left distractions for a long time,
And dedicated all your focus on making money ( grinding ) so much you bearly have time for yourself.
By that I mean like,you not giving a damn about your haircut, facials, body cream, hair cream, fragrance, soap, shoes etc. You just went with whatever you could lay your hands on . But now , you like got to a certain point you feel like ok damn! It's time for some "glow up" mehn'!
This begs the question,
What's you secret recipe ( fomular ) for a man to "glow up"?

Ps... When I say glowup I don't mean no sissy bullshit, I mean genuine masculine leveling up.

Personality development, Grooming, and Styling up.
Grooming entails: Skincare, fitness, odourless, etc.
Styling entails: Type of clothes and clothing, dressing to fits your body shape and size, accessorising, etc.
If You Really have Money, go to Finishing School. They will teach and guide you about it

If you want to achieve a glowing skin

Drink water regularly especially in the morning and night.

Eat proteinous food ( N.B ) Make sure you eat Eba and soup twice in a week.

Make sure u always have rest both mental and physical rest especially the mental aspect.

Finally choose happiness and peace of mind over unnecessary qualms, trouble and bad vibes.

This thread is solely for vibe and educational purpose.
Truth is most men have the money to glow up but on a close up look you will notice they lack "steez".
Which at times gets you wondering where 're they getting it wrong. Damn!

6 Buy a perfume
7. Get nice footy or kicks
8. Get few round necks (depending on your complexion). Most of mine are either black or white
9. Consume alot of protein and fruits.
If you can't hit the gym, do pushups at home.

Wake up everyday at 5:00 am,write in a journal, do some meditation (1 hour or 30 mins), listen to affirmations,jog for 30 mins to draw fresh air, return do yoga for 30 mins,then a 30 mins you tube work-out,have a cold ice bath,read a book daily,... Go conquer the day, u won't glow but u would feel like a million bucks and Zen at the same time

Glowing up as a man is easier than glowing up as a woman in my opinion.

To get that glowed up look, its simply dieting and lifting weight. Food (dieting) sculpt the body, while weightlifting sculpt the muscles, giving a refine and confident appearance.

Then have a proper skin care routine, that will glow up your skin, since your face is your advertisement.

When I see group of guys gathering and downing bottles upon bottles of beers and kinds of mixture, I just see people who dont love their body. Those are not flex. It is permissible if its done once in a blue moon, but not habitually.

It also helps that looking good is not the only glow you have, but also a sophisticated person yourself, reflected by your words, what you do, how you carry yourself, and the type of struggle you have in life.

If your struggle in life is giving up porn, gambling, patronizing prostitutes, self-servicing, anger issues, greed, spendthrift, irresponsibility, being dependent, then you are still far from being thoroughly refined.
