The guy's short and medium range passing is still iffy. He messed up a few easy passes today but more than made up for it with his tackling and pressing. If we are to challenge for titles soon though he has to improve on the passing, otherwise it would be another Herrera situation.

Rasmus need to help himself as well. the ball into him with back to goal is just not sticking at all. that's also a very crucial aspect if the support numbers have to get enough time to get closer to him for 1-2s and stuff like that.

I don't think 442 will give teams the control they want. There is a reason top teams don't play 442 anymore.

As for Rasmus, he needs to stay in the box and demand the ball more. There was a time Amad was driving in and instead of him to try to get to the front post or stay in the 18 in anticipation of a cross, he withdrew to the edge of the box. He won't score a lot of goals if he doesn't stay in the box

He should go elsewhere to prove himself to make us miss him more. Ole has taught us all a very beneficial lesson.

By the end of his time here ETH was so bad that almost anybody would have made us play better. No tactical masterpieces were needed from Ruud, just good man management and common-sense decisions like giving more minutes to your most skilled winger and playing a more compact midfield so that people are not running through your midfield like diarrhea.
