From what I have read, usually Amorin plays two 10s in attack supporting the CF but occasionally he plays one 10 and one narrow winger to support the CF.

Rashford can be an option for the CF position and can also be an option as the narrow winger but you are right that he is not a natural fit for Amorin’s formation.

I am actually interested in seeing how well Amorin is able to handle improve individual players and how well he is able to transmit training ground activity to match day performance.

Some players will surprise us with how well they adapt and others will struggle as well.

Another question that I have is where Mainoo will fit in all these. The 2 CMs in Amorin’s formation seem to require more work rate and less technical skill. Maybe Mainoo might be one of the 10s but he can also be one of the 2 CMs but needs to improve his stamina and work rate.

V been watching Gyokeres matches recently.Besides being better than Rasmus in terms of first touches he more direct n aggressive.Rasmus is too nice for a striker.

I like Ruud and appreciate his short stint with the team as an interim Manager but he must go. I know he wanted to stay back as Assistant Manager but I am afraid he is gonna be a residue of ZeroHag failure.

He played same formation and tactics as ZeroHag, just little adjustments like Amad comes into first XI and Combo of Case and Ugarte, thanks to injuries, hence limited available Midfielders.

I remember he also played Lindelof as Midfielder, I think in his first game in charge. Goodluck to him and wish him successful coaching career.

The main reason Gyokeres is more direct and aggressive is that he knows his players will find him with juicy passes when he makes those runs. Rasmus on the other stopped making those runs when Garnacho, Dalot, Rashford and dem preferred to shoot from distance than look for him.

Gyokeres touch also helps because it helps him keep the ball better when driving at defenders. Rasmus' first touch is so poor that i don't know if he will develop as hoped even under Amorin but i believe that because he is similar to Gyokeres, Amorin will likely start with him as CF and take it from there.
