Obviously Wike is bigger than the party PDP. I see no reason why PDP hasn't kick, suspend, remove or expel Wike from PDP. He's indirectly working for APC.

The PDP should know that Wike is working for his paymaster, T-pain. His mission and that of Tinubu is to disunite the oppositions, including the PDP. That is the only way Tinubu can retain power come 2027.

So, as long as Wike remains a minister in an APC government, his interest will be in APC and not PDP.

I am of this opinion too and I think ABS from Kwara will be the person but the problem is will the north align with him? Another option is if they can convince a certain Rotimi Amaechi + a sound VP from the North.

You are right especially with your last line. Obviously if Obi and Kwankwaso remained within, they would likely have won. Considering the slim margin.

What is clear to me is that if they do not unite in 2027 then they are absolutely unserious and will lose again. Just look at the APC, about five parties / groups had to unite to seize power from the PDP in 2015. And they have been a curse to this country but they got that right. A Tinubu could subordinate his ambition for eight years to a Buhari to make it work. If the opposition today cannot do the same they are wasting their time.

It's clear that Wike and Reno recognize the strongest candidates capable of defeating the "monster" in Aso Rock; that's why they're opposing the choice of Atiku and Peter Obi. Reno even mentioned once that he would start attacking Atiku if Atiku chose Peter Obi as his running mate. Now, the "drunken master in FCT" is also kicking against the choice of Atiku. What are they so afraid of?
