ThePresenceWtf:Lol 😂 They even played better football than this during the WAFU Qualifiers… At least Moses Aduku is better than Danjuma.. Those educating all these Coaches really need to do better, or better still they should be Educated by those with the UEFA Pro License because with what am seeing nothing to really show for that they’re qualified enough.. |

ThePresenceWtf:And stakeholders are shouting for more jobs for local coaches😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹 What's annoying is the ones that plied abroad are joining to shout this local coach thing. It is a cool conclusion to say that many of these coaches are super lucky that many of the players are talented so it looks like the coach is doing something until eye clear, just like the u17 last month. The coaches are too carried away that they forget they need to upgrade to complement the talents on ground for a good outing. The good takeaway so far is this Edo Queens team is still better than the former reps in this caf wcl. Now back to coaching. Smh |

geonyte:Not just the League ooo, Nigeria Football as a whole.. The Coaches aren’t even properly trained, the ones that get good Coaching education from Europe are either falling into one problem or the other…! The Current set that just got their Coaching Batch C degree were educated mainly by Mr Terry Eguaoje from USA who was Randy’s Assistant Coach at the FIFA Women’s World Cup.. |

ThePresenceWtf:Wahala. So one of the basic rules of the round leather game, this man doesn't know it? Fatigue is alien to him or what? Let's see how they'll face Mamelodi. Smh |

daveP:I dey tell you, any small thing lets give the Local Coaches chance and when they meet formidable opponents they fail woefully because the games they have been winning was majorly due to the Players talents and hardwork.. The Players are there but no Proper Coaches. All them Ann Chiejene, Wemimo and Co just rush go get CAF Coaching Pro License but nothing really to show from their Coaching.. Always dey wait for NFF National Team Job.. If they’re really good it will show in the Clubs they handle in the league.. One of the reasons if I’m to clamor for an Ex-international for the SuperFalcons or any of the age grade team it must be from those who have Coached Abroad.. |
| Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by Deltamani: 8:35pm On Nov 13, 2024 |
daveP:If they lose to Mamelodi they’re out…. They better Win or Draw which will be very difficult with Sundown having many Banyana Banyana players in their squad. |

I just have one question. Why is Moses Aduku not close to the sidelines at this CAF WCL? I have noticed this now from the two games played. The camera kept showing the assistant female coach who just sat there for all 90mins+. There was a time she was caught on camera looking backwards from the bench towards where Aduku is. Why is Aduku not on the touchline? Deltamani: |

Deltamani:They better die on that pitch and gain reputation than concede foolish goals. A draw will be easier to grab if they can hold the ball and pass it around. |

TheSuperNerd:Paperwork not complete is the excuse i heard for the first game. Sad sad |
| Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by daveP(m): 9:54pm On Nov 13, 2024 |
Deltamani:They think the clubs or other coaches they meet are entitled and resting on their oars. By now, Nigeria out to be a coaching hub of Africa like how Spain and Germany are to European football. Yet we can't even get them to be inside oven, talkless, hotcake. Hence regular, familiar faces with no youngings in both men and women's. Super Eagles na Eguavoen we go call. All of these are not encouraging. |

isan:E no mean guy… Same Mamelodi SD played better in their 2nd match. Anything can happen, I hope our girls use the rivalry mentality of not losing to SA to beat them. |

Report has it that Yina Adoo is among the home based players invited for the Friendly against France… In a Midfield where we have Christy Ucheibe Deborah Abiodun Onyi Echegini Toni Payne… And other options abroad…

Deltamani:I hope this by force inclusion of Home Based Players doesn’t ruin the team Randy already built instead of maintaining the team and upgrading it. They will be playing against big and talented names like Grace Geyoro, Oriane Jean-François, Kenza Dali, Sandie Toletti and Amel Majri in Midfield not U20 ooo |

isan:Like the thing Dey tire me… 1 Step Forward 3 Step Backward…! Why bring in players that is very clear they won’t add anything to the team or Players not yet ready. We see this girls in the league and how they played at the U20. Truthfully non of this last U20 set of players can seat out any of the Players we have in the SuperFalcons that played under Randy.. |
| Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by Deltamani: 6:13pm On Nov 14, 2024 |
isan:Now they want to Market their Players not even for the Benefit of the team. If I talk dem go call DM Dey say calm down na Group be this… Anyway mk I mind my business and focus on my Players. |

Deltamani:This one has suddenly remembered how to score. One of the reasons i dont rate NWSL. If your form drops, there is no real urgency to get back up because of the nature of the leaguer. No relegation incentive and every on get paid almost thesame at the end of the season. |

timay1:Currently the US 🇺🇸 have two top division league, the NWSL and the US SuperLeague. I wish they could merge together and make it a D1 &D2 thing we’re there’s a Uprising and relegation.. Then remove the championship playoffs… Whosoever top the table win the league, while bottom 2 drop down to D2 and top2 from D2 comes up. |
| Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by Deltamani: 4:32pm On Nov 16, 2024 |
Deltamani:In terms of Salary The US SuperLeague is even better than many Leagues in Europe even though it’s new. Clubs in the league have no cap on salaries or squad sizes, while minimum salaries are around US$3000 Monthly.. As it stands Ajakaye is going to be earning at least $3000k a month if she get to receive the minimum. While some of them playing in Poland, Turkey, Belarus, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Israel, Portugal tends to collect $1500 as minimum. |
| Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by Deltamani: 4:34pm On Nov 16, 2024 |
Deltamani:I will prefer they even move to the US at least they get to receive better pay while playing because of you are not a National team player and not playing for the big clubs in Europe you won’t get good enough pay.. |
