Me I go support Amorim until I see that we are not going to make any progress under him but some folks here are already writing him off even before we see the team play a couple of games under him. If after 1 he full season, I start complaining (that's assuming things are not going according to plan) they'll say I'm impatient but we have not watched even a game under him yet some fans are already sure he will struggle here.

Amorim has my full backing until I watch the team under him for some months and he has at least two transfer window under his belt starting from the January transfer window.

If Amorim fails, a lot of coaches will not be keen to take the job at Old Trafford.
It is recalcitrant ten Hag fan boys that are against Amorin before he has even coached a game.

Coaches will always be interested in the United job because it is a high profile job, and their egos will always make them believe they can turn things around. That is why ETH took the job despite stark warning from LVG.

.....I have the feeling Amorim will succeed. I did enjoy his first interview. He is full of confidence and ain't gonna sacrifice his philosophy and tactics like ETH did.

Amorim will be the coach we ever wanted to succeed Sir Alex - so I pray and hope.

E lo ni suuru!

If he hits the ground running. Good. But he still needs time. If he doesn’t start well, he still needs time.

For a club of United’s stature to succeed, almost every department must be in sync and optimal, not just coaching and first team players alone.

I expect things to go wrong somewhere along the line, like it did for Amorim’s predecessors. What I’m hoping for, is that he has the capacity to turn things around, and that the structure around him allows him to do this. Same goes for the players who actually want to succeed here.

Until we win the league or UCL, I’m going to have this mindset.

Na person be Arsenal wey don almost win league on 2 occasions now and the season where their main rival drop, they themselves come drop further. Worse, they don’t have any silverware to show for all the hard work they’ve put in for the last 4 years.

hw is Bruno in the final third..

How would he fit in as a false nine??
Where else can he play.

3 defenders.
2 midfielders. Possibly case and urgate
2 wing backs mazz and Shaw/malacia/dalot
3 forwards. Captain almost always starts. Rasmus is our only number 9. So there's only 1 forward spot up for grabs

Who was benching Grealish during their treble season? If Antony contributes to us winning the treble and multiple league titles he is a success.

KNOW YOUR COACHING CREW

CARLOS FERNANDES
Assistant head coach

Fernandes is set to be Amorim’s right-hand man, a job that he occupied at Sporting. The 29-year-old has forged a close relationship with our new head coach, having also been on his staff at previous clubs Braga and Casa Pia.

JORGE VITAL
First-team goalkeeper coach

Prior to starting work together at Sporting in 2020, Jorge and Ruben were Braga colleagues during the latter's time as a player and coach at the club. Vital will come in to lead our men’s goalkeeping staff, working closely with assistant Mawson.

ADELIO CANDIDO
First-team coach (subject to visa)

Like Fernandes, Candido has been on Amorim’s previous staff at Casa Pia, Braga and Sporting. The 28-year-old’s employment remains subject to receiving a visa.

EMANUEL FERRO
First-team coach

Ferro worked at Benfica between 2006 and 2009, during which Amorim was a player at the Lisbon club. The pair reunited in the dugout at Sporting, where Emanuel spent nine years in total before coming here.

PAULO BARREIRA
Physical performance coach

Barreira returns to the UK having previously plied his trade at Arsenal and Liverpool. He also added experience to his CV in Saudi Arabia and the UAE before linking up with Ruben at Sporting in 2020.

They appoint a coach. He brings his own people and the club will pay them. This is incredulous

Don't mind the Club's management and rubbish spending. He is hired as Head Coach yet he needs his men to train Gks, players on set pieces, work on Players fitness and so on.

These ain't tasks too much for a person, Dude is a joke cos he is lazy. He should be sacked asap.
