He has a toxic attitude and will destabilize the team. He is a notoriously poor trainer who might be able to get away with it because of his talent, but when players of lesser talent like Lingard and co start copying his ways the team spirit will dissipate.

He is also nearly 32 and has been injured for 2 years. The reason he might be coming to train at Carrington is because he is an ex-Academy product. All ex-Academy products are allowed to utilize the club's facilities for training if they are in between clubs. The day Amorin accepts him back as a player is the day he starts the journey to getting sacked.
