To awaken all the pleasure creatures in your feet so you can reach heaven and see God, when you have waited for 5 seconds and returned to massaging your baby with your bestfriend, simultaneously bend both of your feet so that the top of the feet is making contact with the floor.

Now with as much force as you can, press the bones of the top of your feet against the floor(preferably a hard floor like tiles or cement)

As the bones of your feet are pressed against the hard surface, curl all your toes as hard as you can. This will awaken all the pleasure creatures and you will experience the greatest level of pleasure even known to man
