Something crazy happened to me today guys.

I went to do eye test in the hospital and the woman told me it's 3k. After the test, I tried transferring from my gtbank app and zenith bank app - none was going through at that moment. Not until I went home and saw multiple transactions to the account I was trying to send money too. I was just seeing debit alerts.

I'm thinking of asking Gtb and zenith to close my accounts while I keep all my money in opay.

I don't just know. Its so embarrassing and unfair. This is not even the first time this multiple debit is happening to me.

Opay is better than ANY conventional bank whether gtb access first uba zenith or whatever they answer.

Mind you I have opay
Still have access, uba, zenith, union, gtb accounts.

Not doing adverts for any bank, but every since I started using Moniepoint app 3 months ago, I haven't had a single failed transaction. I have not even had to wait at any shop for any single minute (not joking) before they receive alert. This is like a breath of fresh air after that yeye bank that called themselves guaranteed nearly frustrated my life

If you are selling normal stuffs and you nor get Opay or palmpay, you never ready.

opay I'll give you peace of mind, if you are a big business person upgrade it to tier 3 case close

Opay, palmpay, monipoint etc all these fintechs are the saving grace from the evil plan of Emefiele and his bank cartels against the fund of the masses.
The reason banks are fighting them.
I don't bother routine transaction on my bank account again. I use my fintechs app and infact transfers are free on them unlike your bank that will be debiting you for charges and vat.

The good thing about Opay is that if the bank you're transferring to has issues that will delay alert, Opay will let you know.

I'd rather use my Opay than Gtb or Zenith.

Opay has proven more efficient in recent times.

You can open an account with a fintech for the purpose of making fast payments of small amounts but don't ever use them as a complete substitute for conventional commercial banks by keeping your life savings in them!

What are you saying, Mr man? Fintechs are registered to operate leveraging on cutting-edge technology and deposits with them are insured by ndic on the same level as the baba-go-slow banks. Btw, can you name one single individual that has lost money in opay or other fintechs like many customers of gtb, zenith etc have had their hard-earned bucks disappear from their accounts in recent times?

Are they registered by ndic or not? Is it not your so-called robust board of directors that allocate billions upon billions to themselves every year while punishing the staff with stipends as salaries. Abeg make I hear word - robust nko, robust ni.

Even in the advanced western world that are the headquarters of tech and fintech, conventional banks still rule because of the magnitude of their operations on the economy. Fintech is just a small subset of the main banking. The good thing is that the commercial banks are rolling out their fintech arms and people are signing up fast for them e.g Hydrogen of Access, Alat of Wema, Vulte of Polaris etc... Cos people want that extra security of knowing that yes, this is fintech, but I know it's parent company in case anything goes wrong.
That opay bot running mouth about opay being registered by ndic bla bla, ask him, what is the extent of ndic coverage? You think serious business, multinationals, government etc will take you serious when you present opay as your banker for major projects funding?
