A very good way to throw it away is to say his players are terrible and nothing can be achieved with them. But that is what you wanted him to say

True. I agree that we need to give him (and the players) time. Unfortunately, he needs to work with what we have while the change in personnel happens overtime so he can fully play his style. But we should not discount the fact that flexibility will be very important especially in the EPL.

the manager was more pissed by the lack of desire to move the ball forward especially in the second half. he had a go at Amad and one time at Mazroui.
It's the right mentality and hopefully it can transcend. good reading of the game as well.
Evans was very uncomfortable in the game, caused panic at the back and I had hoped his presence will be key in the fixture. the slow pivot we started with didn't help.
I'd say early signs indicate he can get his ideas in quickly.

I expect a much better performance against Everton with the return of Martinez, Yoro, Mainoo, Ugarte and Shaw.

I think Amorim is still trying to understand the players because I expected Amad to start as one off the 8s, Evans should have been the CCB and not LCB, she struggled to deal with Hutchison and his pace and quick feet.
