We are going to draw and loss games as Amorim drills his style of play into this players. It's going to take a while for the players to get use to their positioning and what to do with or without the ball. Implementing his style of play fully is going to help us in the long run just like Pep and Arteta. If it takes losing and drawing 2 to 4 games to get us dominating like his Sporting side so be it.

The match I watch yesterday, I can see that the tactics and system is there, we shouldn't be surprised to see some of the underperforming player we are familiar with to ruin the system. E.g rashford, dalot, gernacho,casemiro, zirkzee, eriksen. Even when van nesterooy was here last 3 weeks, we can see this players woeful performance, even though the team was playing a bit of good football. Even if these system start working, this underperforming players will still be creating some gaps.

Well ETH did the open heart surgery and changed the core of the team. He sold more than 17 first teams players. McFred the bone of contention then was shipped out, however their replacements are old men in Casemiro and Eriksen who needs to to go too. One can say he was unlucky with injuries too.

However, the key lesson from Ten Hag regime is recruiting the right players is much more important than selling the wrong players else you will just be marking time with no progress.
