We are going to draw and loss games as Amorim drills his style of play into this players. It's going to take a while for the players to get use to their positioning and what to do with or without the ball. Implementing his style of play fully is going to help us in the long run just like Pep and Arteta. If it takes losing and drawing 2 to 4 games to get us dominating like his Sporting side so be it.

The match I watch yesterday, I can see that the tactics and system is there, we shouldn't be surprised to see some of the underperforming player we are familiar with to ruin the system. E.g rashford, dalot, gernacho,casemiro, zirkzee, eriksen. Even when van nesterooy was here last 3 weeks, we can see this players woeful performance, even though the team was playing a bit of good football. Even if these system start working, this underperforming players will still be creating some gaps.

I remember arguing this with either lequ or Laride in 2021 and he said Kane is too old and won't fit our style of play or something about resale value. Well here we are.

Come on, asking for few changes here and there is different from saying he should change his entire style of play just to get results. That was the downfall of Erik. He abandoned his style of play to fit the players and it went downhill from there. Amorim should be drumming it into those clowns. You either adapt to my style of play or start looking for other clubs in May. It's my way or the highway.

Like I said ealier o, I am not fixated on any style

If he is so certain and sure that the 3-4-3 would give results, he should carry on

If he sees that he needs to make some tweaks occasionally to get results, so be it.

The fact that he hasn't even been mandated to stick to a particular system is advantageous to him

That man would be judged by results in the end, not style of play

Since the season started, they've been telling us how good coaches turn things around immediately without needing time because they're good enough citing Flick and and Slot. MY HONEST TAKE ON RUBEN AMORIM

This guy is a good coach; no doubt. When I watched how the game progressed, and how the manager carried himself, I was really impressed with Amorim. He is a good coach.

But do you know that Ten Hag is also a good coach? Same as Ralf Ragnick and Jose Mourinho. So many good coaches have left the club over the years.

One thing has refused to leave however; average, sickling, ego stricken players at manutd. They are specialists in sacking managers, no matter how good the manager is. Somebody like Luke Shaw has seen a lot of managers come in and go out of the door; do you think he will feel anything for the manager when the sack rumours start coming in again for Amorim.

The club is headed towards one direction now, and that is at a point when top managers will fear coming to manutd because the players are making it an impossible job.

Amorim should take back his words when he said he believes in this present crop of players; that was a big mistake. A mistake that will definitely get him sacked if he never change.

It saddens me that Amorim failed to get the best out of these players against 19th placed Ipswich Town. His tactics set them up to struggle.
