I do POS for a living since last year.
I started with a Loan of N100k from Easy buy. At the first to third month I was making minimum N2000 a day. But entering the fourth monthn, I have established a strong customer base and build relationship with my customers. I make minimum N10,000 to N15,000 a day. I save atleast N150,000 above monthly after expenses.

Pos is a big business if you're in a strategic location with business people and passers-by , e.g Market place, popular junctions and busy streets.

My business is currently worth N1.5m

My rent is N300k, my house is furnished and I dress well and expensive.

Proudly a Pos man at 33.

pos business you will sit down while doing it, no much stress. while the other you will be walking long distance, fatigue, stress, you would spend more money on food or drugs(pain killers) shocked

Hello guys! I am already established in scrap scavenging business, I have my push cart and I make a minimum of N3000 per outing. My relations did not support me doing the business but I like the business because of it's profitablity, green nature and freedom of work.

Recently, my relations offered to open a new POS business which I am reluctantly doing. The POS business is not yielding money much as compared with the scavenging Business.

It seems they are forcing the business on me. Should I continue with my scavenging business and ignore their advice?
A family that loves you

Bro, your family is ashamed for you being in that scavenging business, irrespective of the amount you make

sometimes you can hardly differentiate between a scavenger and a mad man on the streets

Get something else to do if you are not cool with the POS biz.

I remembered that medical Doctors were on strike for 13 months under his watch.. He should face his alcohol business, please

Is he a sickle cell boy ? Find out his blood GENOTYPE not blood group. And find out his HIV status.

Sickle cell people and HIV people can be prone to it.

Hope he doesn't drink alcohol or smoke? If he does, let him stop it.

Take him to hospital, let him take LIVOLYN FORTE CAPSULE every day and also some antiviral agents a hospital will recommend for him.

Do both.

It's well with you.

Your family people are not proud of the scavenging biz. I think you need to look into that.

They prefer u to do something more presentable. Try and see if you can get close to a very crowded place with the POS business.

Your people must be happy associating with you. . Take care.

Stick to the business you know all round.Don't test the depth of an Ocean with your 2 legs.POS business is lucrative but dont just jump into it when you are not prepared especially with a choice location and enough fund.
Re: Scavenging Business Vs New POS Business by Jovin894: 1:35pm On Nov 27, 2024
The best decision so far... Continue ur scavenging business... Pos is nothing to talk about... I see some guys making 100k a day in scavenging
Re: Scavenging Business Vs New POS Business by SemperFid: 1:39pm On Nov 27, 2024
It's better for you to face the POS business where you will be interacting with human beings and grow it than to be scavenging and be interacting with mad people in dumpsites. This has to be the most degrading, despicable and mentally unsuitable means of livelihood. The thought of it alone sends shivers down my spine. How person way de type this kind of english go de do this kind business abeg haaaa chineke.
