That is "abroad", not Nigeria. We can't import Oyibos mentality of suing at the slightest provocation over here. All of us will end up in jail. Many cultures in Nigeria talk carelessly. In any event, I don't believe that Akpi was arrested by Burna again this time. Maybe the police are taking things personally.
