Who has noticed Oanda’s new interface? I don’t understand this new interface ohh. There is no place to input amount. I need it to check my POF, what other site app used by UKVI can I use.

You can still apply if you can pay for priority or super priority, so that the decision on your visa will be fast.

Why postpone why don't you try to pay the tuition although I know it's not easy but try so u can get a CDC cause it would still take about three days to process the payment and before your school offers you a CDC and you could now submit Your CDC with response to get your CAS
By the way what school is it

That is enough time. I don't think they have a lot of people applying now - unlike a year or two ago.

Vfs is free for standard visa application biometrics, I think, UKVI no longer uses TLS

It’s to get a date. If you book ahead you can get free date. But if you want to do your biometric ASAP you might have to pay.

It doesn't need to be a scanner. I have used my phone to scanned documents for visa application before. I used a document scanning app (scanning to pdf) on my android phone.

Yes, you can. Every documents i used for my application was scanned with my phone..
So it is okay to use a phone.

Don't apply for any priority or super whatever, you still have time okay.
Most students visa application takes less than a week to get a decision.
In as much the documents uploaded are intact and correct.
I used standard likewise others, and I got a decision within six days of application.

Yours took six days. But I and other people that applied last week, Monday and Wednesday respectively have not gotten a decision.
