All your dangerous chances came from corner kicks. You guys crowded the box, jostling and shoving and hoping a deflection or something else gets the ball inside the net. Timber even had to push Hojlund to get the first goal and the second goal was a deflection.

You had just one shot on target from open play- Havertz effort that was saved by Onana, and that came after you guys were two goals ahead.

The game was very cagey and I’m not saying that relying on corner kicks like Stoke is a bad thing. But the least you could do is admit it. Monkey no fine but him mama still like am.

Corner kicks are not a major scoring strategy for most teams since it’s quite unpredictable. Stoke was the only team known for having a corner strategy and sticking with it.
