I see no qualms dating or marrying a lady that smokes or drinks like myself even though I know most guys will call it quit,as long as she is not a LovePeddler or irresponsible but she must not do it where my kids are.

All I just want is a woman that understands or thinks like me and is willing to support me.

I dont know if I am weird or its just normal?

I appreciate your authenticity, and it's refreshing to encounter someone like you. If I were to consider dating or marriage in the future, I'd look for someone with your qualities.

I want to be upfront about my personal habits. I'm a heavy smoker, although I don't smoke weed. I'm addicted to cigarettes, and I don't try to hide it, even when I'm in Nigeria. I've faced judgment from others, but I've learned to ignore it. Quitting is not something I've been able to do, at least not yet.

There is nothing wrong with smoking or drinking. But it's my personal decision.

But I don't. I don't have a problem with someone spotting one. As long as it is properly done and not all over the place.

I have a friend who shares the same line of thought .

I remember going to visit him one time like that and met him and his fiancé smoking loud .

Personally I don’t smoke but I don’t have anything against people who do provided they are responsible and don’t become nuisance to the society. However , I cannot marry someone who smokes . The people who marry them, I have nothing against them cos it is their choice .

Your girlfriend has a very high chance of becoming your wife. Imagine having a wife who joins you in smoking. Imagine the kind of home you will build, the kind kids you will raise. The kind of questions your parents and loved ones would ask.
