BOURNVITA AND MILO ARE NOT TEA.

Bournvita and Milo are popular beverages, but it’s important to note that they are not tea. These drinks are malted chocolate beverages, typically mixed with milk, and contain ingredients such as malt extract, and added sugars.

Unlike tea, which is made from the leaves and plants Bournvita and Milo are processed products that offer a chocolatey taste rather than the natural flavors of tea.

Both Bournvita and Milo contain high amounts of sugar, which can contribute to weight gain, increase the risk of diabetes, heart diseases, arthritis, tooth decay etc. due to their added sugars and milk, Bournvita and Milo can significantly increase your calorie intake if consumed frequently.

For those seeking a healthier option, herbal teas provide a natural, caffeine-free alternative that offers numerous health benefits without the added sugars or artificial ingredients found in malted drinks.

It is, but they added a lot of sugar to sweeten it. If you have ever tasted powder cocoa, you will understand.
