Rashford, like Garnacho, had a very high ceiling at the start of his career. On these pages, I think he was even compared to Mbappe at some point. His inconsistency and "failure to grow up" are clearly issues that sabotaged his potential...a path Garnacho seems to be towing at the moment if care is not taken.
