Do you even watch our games in details because if you do, you wont be talking like this as if we only play a fixed 3-4-3. There are plenty of times during our games that the back 3 turn into 4, Dalot most times play as an inverted wingback and so on.

Maybe you should tell us the formation you want the manager to use to get the best of these players.
