The last manager that was sacked did same thing by not playing his style after getting his players and still lost which got him sacked. Instead of supporting this new one sticking to his, they want him to go the same way tweaking for these same players so we can be back to square one again.

Any manager can succeed in the PL with any system if they know what they are doing. Amorim has been using 3-4-3 since he became he manager. He wont change it overnight because nitrogen from nairaland doesn't like the formation. He used the same 3-4-3 to beat PL champions last month. He plays the same team again next week. Same tactics different players. We will see the difference between both games.

Why did he not switch after getting his players? I think the mistake he made was not switching back to his style after signing his players. His flexibility gave us top 3 or so, but he got too comfortable.

I'm not sure we need to wait too long o. Amorim told us he was going to play another style and he is now playing 343. He should be sacked now
