The way it is done in civilized countries, is that, they will go and question him, if any evidence is found there or at a later time that didn't corroborate with what naira told them, then they can arrest him if he is guilty with evidence. Then they will present their evidence or whatever in court. Only in useless Nigeria, that they will just arrest someone without facts.
