Benin ancestry is not Yoruba, it's only the Oba's ancestry that comes from there. The mistake people make is to think that the King and the people share common ancestry. Some of these Kingship came about about by conquest and not necessarily by being indigenous.

U are a poor student of history. Your view of this issue is peripheral and academical. It shows your shallow understanding of the culture and empirical evidence about the Binis. The Binis are more of one ancestry with the Igbos, Urhobos, Esan, Isoko than the Yorubas. The only affiliation we have with the Yoruba is the kingship(Oba). Igodomigodo metamorphosised to Benin and the history of their past Ogisos reflects more of these aforementioned people than the Yoruba. Even the name of the kingship was known as Ogie which is more prevalent in these areas I just mentioned. Oba is foreign to us. Please, do yourself a favour by studying the people,Benin before u write anything.

What I understand about the whole debate is Benin was originally administrated by aboriginal Bini kings, who did not use the title "Oba"

Later on the Bini kings were displaced and usurped by ile Ife Princes that produced the first Obas...ancestors of the current King.

Their was nothing like Bini before the first Oba of Benin who happens to be Oranmiyan’s son! It used to be called Igodomigodo, a very small remote village. So, how can Oduduwa be from somewhere that wasn’t in existence?

Edos and Yorubas are of same ancestry.

There was never any conquest to install any kingship in Edo. Leadership was (and is) assumed based on hereditary monarchy.

By the way, the assumption of the identity 'Yoruba' by some groups took place centuries later. Prior to that there were multiple people - Ijebu, Oyo, Ife, Awori, Edo, etc. That's why you'll still find some people, probably poorly informed even argue Ijebus or Aworis are not 'Yoruba'.
They, including Edo are of same ancestry.

The OP produced a short video while trying to deceive the gullible. This is the full video. Here is a summary of What the oba of Benin said during his coronation;

Oduduwa was a benin prince who was exiled and went on to become ruler in Ile life. After the ogiso dynasty ended in Benin, the benin people were in need of a ruler and they reached out to their exiled prince. Instead of coming, he sent his son (oranmiyan) to benin to rule and oramiyan gave birth to Eweka the first and later left the kingdom.

A Benin Prince (Oduduwa) founded Ile life after he went on exiled from the Benin kingdom.
