There is what you call a social contract. They are unwritten agreements from virtue of relationship with that person or persons. They are admissible in court to pursue refunds. If her has receipts and debit alerts of Tuition fees paid, that's all he needs to win flawlessly. It's the same as Love Scam, Efcc follows up, recovers money and still procure court penalties for the scammer in question
