A scam needs to be proven with evidence. Simply saying his brother trained her, later changed her mind, and married someone else is not evidence of a love scam.

2. Evidence is the key here. In the same Oyinbo, some men train women who later abandon them. Some women slave themselves away to send their men to school only to be dumped later on by them. They can't sue for being dumped in those cases. Love scams require real evidence of an actual scam.

I don't think there is anything to be emotional about here, he should have understood right from the beginning that the lady in question is not bound by any law to marry him just because he thought he has invested in her education...
