Imagine MTN, the biggest telecom service provider in Nigeria losing more than half a trillion naira. Telecoms which normally is a cash cow has become an unprofitable venture under the useless MUDSLIME MUDSLIME MUMU government.

Why is 9mobile still allowed to function? For 1 week their network dissappear from phone, sometimes you will see network, yet calls won't go through to the 9mobile network, even when you have the two phone right in front of you.

They have destroyed people's businesses with their poor network. If it is business line, customers can't reach you on call.

All their numbers published as customer call care do not go work. Almost impossible to reach them.

Everybody will groan, yet Nigerians will continue using multiple sims from multiple providers. I don’t believe the words of the common man, he/she’s disappointed me repeatedly.

Most law abiding Nigerians are already doing additional jobs to make ends meet even to the extent of doubling thier income.

But to what extent can you stretch an income increased by 100% to provide when cost of living has increased by between 500%-1000%?

Mind you, it is nearly impossible for the common man to infinitely increase his/her income. If that was possible, everyone would be a billionaire.

The government needs to take responsibility and implement policies that reduce the cost of living and increases purchasing power.

The thing is not funny at all.

The way people are being used is very appaling and it wasn't like this when they started. Obasanjo is to be blamed for this Outsourcing of a thing. There are lots of outsourcing companies living porshe lives on peoples sweat. There is HUGE money in telecom.

Most people aren't aware how HUGE the nigeria telecom sector is. It's like a river which will never run dry. But it has been polluted. I'm just hoping things will change and they will revert to how they used to operate from inception.

The telecom sector will suceed most of the OCs in the nearest future.

Those outsourcing companies are the problem. The companies should hire field engineers directly and pay them accordingly... How can ab engineer be managing up to 50 sites and still being collecting peanut over the years....?

Fun fact in the UK for the equivalent of N40,000 per month you can unlimited airtime, unlimited texts and unlimited data.

Did you know that NCC, regulates prices that telcos charge and has set a minimum charge rate that they cannot charge lower than?

You read that right, NCC ensures that network charges do not get lower than they already are.
I kid you not!
NCC is not there for Nigerian consumer they work for telcos and help them operate like a cartel.
