As far as I know and I stand my ground inside medical field there is what me call MEDICINE infact I know for sure before you open anybody on American soil, you must go to the school here and learn how they operate here and get their own certification.
Show me the Nigerian doctor that use his Nigerian degree and go straight to any hospital in America and say I want to start working as a surgeon in American hospital on American soil.

You will get that job 100% just your WAEC or NECO and sabi speak and understand English. We have those jobs in America plenty. Minimum wage $30,000 to $40000 annually. When you call core medical field where you get paid $350k and upwards you tell me say your Nigerian degree with certification. Make thunder fire you there.

There are so many jobs you can get inside the hospital as a working staff that only your WAEC result makes you over qualified.

Now tell me or show me which doctor they allow put or draw blood from any american on American soil they practice with certification abeg make me know.

To be a surgeon here in Nigeria , the doctor must have undergo further specialized training ,not just MBBS.
So a Nigerian-trained surgeon is surely likely to get a job overseas as a surgeon. Just for him to write the professional license exams pertaining to the country in context.

When Nigeria/ COREN has become a full member of the WASHINGTON ACCORD, COREN-registered engineers from Nigeria can freely practice engineering in countries that are binded by that accord, USA,UK,Australia,New Zealand, South Africa,etc.

Nigeria university certificates are very recognized abroad.That's why you can just apply for masters,diplomas and ph.d and you get it.

I hope I try to explain this as much understandable as I can for you.

You see all those doctors here in Nigeria right, they are not doctors when the relocate abroad. They get jobs as home care aid to nursing sick people. That is a different occupation far far from practicing as a doctor in America or Canada or UK.
Infact you can as well apply to be a home care assistant as well with your university degree from Nigeria which is considered a normal equivalent to diploma here. You just have to pass the nursing exam which I know a 200level university student from Nigeria can read the Q&A and pass as well.
What you do is simply take care of old people or mentally unstable people and make sure they don't poop on their self or when they do you change them and also make sure they take their meds regularly and also monitor them so they don't harm their self.
Anybody can do that job infact that is equivalent to a factory job if you don't know only this time you be more careful because you handling a human life and can be arrested and you go to jail if you flop because it is stated there in your agreement you sign before you start working.

If you want to be a doctor in these countries, you have to apply for a medical or a nursing program/ degree where you undergo the process from the begining according to the countries teaching regulations and standards, pass the necessary exams, go for your training practice, write another exam if you fail you have to retake it which happens very often because I have friends who it has happened to. Then luckily you pass them you go under the process to be a certified nurse or doctor depending on the field you choose.
