I wonder what it takes to formalize Nigerian English as an English variant similar to US & UK English. We definitely deserve it as one of the largest English speaking countries globally

Not true. The earliest use was recorded in the 1500s. I remember reading books that were written in the late 1800s that made use of the word. Did you even research this? See the link below.

Definition: "Practicalize" is a transitive verb that means to make something practical or to put it into practice.
